We collect only what the job needs.

What we collect

SameCount never reads your orders, customers, payments or staff. We never see or store your card details; Razorpay handles payments under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't use your data for advertising.
- We don't share it, except with the services that run our business: Razorpay (payments), our hosting providers (Oracle Cloud, Cloudflare, Vercel), our email provider, and an AI service the SKU Check uses to tell whether two products sharing a SKU are the same, which receives product names only.
How long we keep it
- SameCount: while your account is active. When you disconnect or cancel, we stop syncing and delete your tokens, item links and change log within 30 days.
- SKU Check: catalog data isn't kept after the check. Fix-list requests are kept until you ask us to delete them.
- Payment records: kept as long as Indian tax law requires (usually 8 years).
Security
All connections to our services use HTTPS. Access tokens are kept on servers only we can reach, and we give each service the least access it needs.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email hello@antstudio.tech and we act within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK or California you have these rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA; in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies
Our sites use only the cookies needed to make them work, such as one that keeps a SameCount install connected to your browser while you set it up. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes and contact
