Prices and payment

• Prices are listed on our pricing page. SameCount is billed in US dollars; Astrology Reports in Indian rupees, including GST where it applies.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' email notice to active customers. Founding-pilot prices are fixed for the 12 months promised.

SameCount

• What it does: it links your Clover items to your Shopify products by SKU and keeps their stock counts the same, checking about every minute. Items without a matching SKU aren't synced until you fix them.
• Your part: you need active Clover and Shopify accounts and must keep SKUs accurate. You give us permission to read your items and stock levels and to change stock levels in both systems.
• Limits: sync isn't instant. Between checks, and if Clover or Shopify is down or limits our requests, counts can differ for a short time. If a change looks like a mistake (for example, most of your catalog dropping to zero at once), SameCount pauses and alerts us instead of copying it.
• Third parties: Clover and Shopify are trademarks of their owners. SameCount isn't made or endorsed by Clover Network or Shopify, and their own terms apply to your use of their services.

Astrology Reports

• Reports are delivered as a PDF to your email within 48 hours of payment.
• Astrology is offered for guidance and entertainment. Reports aren't medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you shouldn't make important decisions on a report alone.
• You must have permission to share the birth details of anyone else included in your report.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products for anything unlawful, to harm others, to try to break into our systems, or to resell them without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do, after telling you why where we can.

Liability

We provide our products with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we change the date above and email active customers about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmednagar have jurisdiction.
